Shipping Information

We ship authentic and always fresh Swedish candy directly from our warehouse and suppliers in Sweden!

At this moment we're currently offering shipping to over 50 countries, since our goal is to be able to provide the whole world with the amazing Swedish candy we're always trying to expand, if we don't happen to ship to your country or region reach out to us and maybe we'll be able to set something up. Our number one goal is to make you happy and we here at Sweet Side of Sweden are very proud to be working hard each day to accomplish that!

Why is the shipping sometimes expensive?

At the moment it's really expensive to ship heavier things like candy especially overseas, this is sadly thanks to everything that's going on in the world right now. However, we do offer free shipping on larger orders though while this is barely sustainable for us, we've decided that it's much more important to give people a chance to experience our culture through our amazing candy than to make a lot of money.

Will you open up a warehouse in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom etc.?

We're always looking into solutions like that, at the moment it sadly wouldn't be sustainable, but we will keep you posted on both our blog and in our newsletter if something were to change!

Can I return unopened candy I purchased?

Our primary stance on returns is that we don't accept them, this is due to a lot of reasons mainly that it's perishable goods in other words edible confectionery, we wouldn't be able to verify that it hasn't been tampered with. Another reason are the extremely expensive shipping costs that we already subsidize, we just couldn't afford to have them shipped back.

If the gods were damaged during the shipment, you should contact your carrier since they offer a warranty on all tracked shipments.

Of course, if you're really unhappy with your order, contact us and let us know; our main goal is to leave you smiling so maybe we can work something out.

Shipping Policy

1. Carrier & Tracking

1.1. We ship via UPS or PostNord unless otherwise specified or you live in a country where neither operates.

1.2. A tracking number will be sent out automatically as soon as the package is picked up by the carrier provided you have chosen a trackable option.

1.3. Non-trackable shipping options can take up to 6.5 weeks to arrive.

2. Handling

2.1. An order will be packed within 1-5 workdays after a confirmed payment.

2.3. During holidays or certain rare events, it might take up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed, we will notify you unless it's a regularly scheduled holiday.

3. Return Policy

Since all of our products are edible confectionery, we do not accept returns of any kind with the exception of a product being faulty. Potentially damaged goods are handled with the carrier.
